GST Advisory, Notice Replies, Assessments and Refunds in Mumbai
The right GST position before you transact – and a documented defence if it's ever questioned.
Classification, place of supply, credit eligibility, valuation: GST questions are least costly to answer before a contract is signed and most expensive after a notice arrives. Positions are advised on in advance, past compliance is reviewed, and notices and assessments are responded to with full reconciliations. Nishita has attended GST assessment proceedings before the revenue authorities and handles refund claims for exporters and businesses with blocked credit.

How it works
- 1
You tell us what's going on.
A short call or email: what you need, what's already been filed, and what the deadline is.
- 2
You get a checklist.
One specific list of documents for your case – nothing generic, nothing you don't need.
- 3
We do the working.
Records are reviewed, figures are matched with government portals, and the return, report or reply is prepared.
- 4
You see it before it's filed.
The draft is walked through with you, in plain language, before anything is signed or submitted.
- 5
We file and send you proof.
Acknowledgements and final copies come to you the same day.
- 6
We stay on it.
Processing, intimations and any follow-up from the department are tracked until the matter is closed.
Questions people ask
How long do I have to reply to a GST notice?
The time is stated in the notice and is often 30 days or less. Extensions are discretionary, so the reply should start the day the notice arrives.
How long does a GST refund take?
The law sets timelines once a complete application is filed. Most delays come from deficiency memos, so claims are filed complete, with full documentation, the first time.
Can you look at a contract before we sign it?
Yes – who bears the GST, place of supply and credit eligibility are far easier to settle in a contract than in a dispute.
