Tax Audit Services in Mulund, Mumbai

Every clause checked against your books – and the return filed on time after it.

Once turnover or receipts cross the limits in the Income-tax Act, your accounts must be audited and dozens of particulars reported – from your method of accounting and TDS compliance to disallowable expenses and payments to small suppliers. Nishita has independently handled tax audits for companies, firms and proprietors since qualifying. Books are reviewed before the audit starts, so issues are fixed rather than just reported.

Who this is for

  • Businesses with turnover above ₹1 crore (₹10 crore if cash receipts and payments are each within 5%)
  • Professionals with gross receipts above ₹50 lakh
  • Those opting out of presumptive taxation and declaring lower profit, subject to conditions

How it works

  1. 1

You tell us what's going on.

A short call or email: what you need, what's already been filed, and what the deadline is.

  2. 2

    You get a checklist.

One specific list of documents for your case – nothing generic, nothing you don't need.

  3. 3

    We do the working.

Records are reviewed, figures are matched with government portals, and the return, report or reply is prepared.

  4. 4

You see it before it's filed.

The draft is walked through with you, in plain language, before anything is signed or submitted.

  5. 5

We file and send you proof.

Acknowledgements and final copies come to you the same day.

  6. 6

    We stay on it.

Processing, intimations and any follow-up from the department are tracked until the matter is closed.
