ROC and MCA Annual Compliance for Companies and LLPs
Every annual form and every event filing, on a calendar – so late fees and director disqualification never come up.
Companies and LLPs file annual returns and financial statements with the Registrar, and report many changes during the year. Late filings attract a fee for every day of delay, and prolonged default can disqualify directors. Each company or LLP gets its own compliance calendar, and every annual and event-based filing is handled against it.

How it works
- 1
You tell us what's going on.
A short call or email: what you need, what's already been filed, and what the deadline is.
- 2
You get a checklist.
One specific list of documents for your case – nothing generic, nothing you don't need.
- 3
We do the working.
Records are reviewed, figures are matched with government portals, and the return, report or reply is prepared.
- 4
You see it before it's filed.
The draft is walked through with you, in plain language, before anything is signed or submitted.
- 5
We file and send you proof.
Acknowledgements and final copies come to you the same day.
- 6
We stay on it.
Processing, intimations and any follow-up from the department are tracked until the matter is closed.
Questions people ask
What's the penalty for late ROC filing?
An additional fee for each day of delay, which adds up quickly. Prolonged non-filing can also lead to director disqualification and strike-off.
When are the annual forms due?
Company financial statements within 30 days of the AGM; the annual return within 60 days. LLP forms have their own dates. Your calendar tracks all of them.
Our company hasn't filed for years. Can it be fixed?
Usually, yes – pending returns can be filed with additional fees, and schemes or condonation may be available depending on status. The first step is a status check.
